• Consolidates the voice of our customers to plan for products
and features that satisfy our end-users needs. • Manages a portfolio of products that delivers desired goals and
financial results • Accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
that include but are not limited to achieving the goals and plan
for the organization in addition to individual product lines. • Identifies product opportunities that satisfy business strategy
and revenue goals through competitive analysis, industry trends
and product research. • Partners with the team to define, execute and test concepts
against identified opportunity areas • Recommends successful concepts for prototype development
and works with cross functional resources to develop and test
prototypes with the required fidelity to answer key consumer
and market questions • Manages resources required to execute development of
successful new product concepts. Leads cross functional
development teams to launch new products • Responsible for full product lifecycle management of all
products within the portfolio they are asked to manage • Defines analytics and reporting metrics. • Responsible for working with Legal for product and regulatory
documentation. • Manages, bugs, issues, and acts as the change agent
throughout projects. • Subject matter expert for multiple product lines. • Effectively communicates with internal team members,
stakeholders across the organization as well as outside the
organization. • Demonstrates foundational and leadership competencies.
