Ability to think creatively to solve concerns of vacation rental property owners and rental guests with good common sense, reasoning and judgment.
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner and be able to adjust to last minute changes.
Ability to learn new technology and implement as needed
Four-year degree from accredited college or university (Preferred)
At least three years of prior operational management experience (Preferably Hospitality)
