- At least 3 years' accounting experience
- Real estate experience a plus (property accounting, Yardi)

Key Responsibilities: Senior Accountant | Private Equity Real Estate
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate projects and investments.
- Assist in creating and monitoring project budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations, including tracking assets, liabilities, and equity for construction projects.
- Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track project costs, analyze variances, and ensure accurate allocation of expenses to specific projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including preparing tax reports and supporting audit processes.
- Provide financial insights on project performance, return on investment, and profitability for both construction and real estate portfolios.
