Schedule: 3 days a week onsite (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday through Thursday)

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Treasury Management Representative to support our Token Project. The primary focus of this role will be assisting with the renewal of 8,000 expiring hard tokens, including handling outbound calls and mailings. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and will work closely with the CLM team to ensure the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from corporate customers, account officers, treasury management sales officers, relationship specialists, branches, and other internal departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sophisticated software or hardware tokens for Treasury Management (TM) customers.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment and process requests within established service levels.
  • Sit for extended periods and use a standard headset to communicate with customers by phone.
  • Independently respond to and resolve issues quickly and creatively, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer-centricity.
  • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to hard and soft tokens in Comerica Business Connect.
  • Recognize and respond to potential fraud or high-risk situations; escalate to management when necessary.
  • Adhere to Manual Authentication (Customer Identity Verification) procedures to validate and verify individuals before releasing information or processing business transactions.
