Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)

Travel : 25%

Pay: 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do

Kenvue is looking for a detail-oriented Omnichannel Marketing Analyst with a passion for executing with excellence and an ability to develop integrated brand activations across the path to purchase. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns while collaborating with internal and external partners in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Omnichannel Marketing Analyst will help develop the execution of digital-first Ulta and Club Channel Marketing campaigns that deliver against brand objectives while leveraging relevant moments with the shopper to drive mutually profitable growth. In addition, the Omnichannel Marketing Analyst will support the team in campaign reporting and analytics to measure impact and provide key actionable learnings. The position reports to the Mass/Club Omnichannel Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development of insight-driven media campaigns and marketing activations aligned with brand objectives and retailer priorities across Ulta and the Club Channel

• Support the advancement of retail media plans in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by providing thoughtful business insights and key marketplace dynamics.

• Contribute to the planning of annual joint business planning (JBP) for marketing/media initiatives across key brands.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on customer-centric programs and strategies.

• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within Kenvue and external customer teams.

• Conduct analysis of marketing program results and assist in making recommendations for future strategies.

• Support in managing budgets and providing strategic recommendations for investment.

• Create impactful insight-based stories and presentations for Omnichannel Marketing Team and CDMs to utilize back with retail partners to influence growth and partnership opportunities.

• Provide strategic recommendations that will enhance the digital site experience and drive optimizations to help achieve our share and sales goals.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree is required

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Previous exposure to shopper marketing, marketing, or related agency work is preferred.

• Familiarity with consumer-packaged goods industry is a plus.

• Basic understanding of digital media and paid search planning.

• Exposure to retail environments is advantageous.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated analytical mindset with a curiosity for problem-solving.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What's in it for you

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000.00 to $117,300.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
