Production Associate- Pressroom

Are you ready to be part of the largest bookmaker in the United States? We are seeking Production Associates to operate robots and stackers, ensuring that sections of books are efficiently collected from our printing presses. Your role will also involve entering book information into our computer system and creating load tracking labels.

Starting Rate: $18.00/hr. with a $2.00/hr. shift differential when working 2nd and 3rd shifts!

Work Hours: Rotating Shifts (Every 6 weeks) - 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM

Work Location: Willard, OH

As a Material Handler in the Pressroom, you will:

• Operate robots and stackers that collect sections of books coming off our printing presses.
• Strap book sections together and places them on pallets.
• Inspect for quality defects.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel)
• Consistent work experience preferred
• Machine experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to rotate shifts and or days
• Work overtime when scheduled
