*What You Do.*

* Responsible for providing administrative support to Vice President - Pricing and Demand Planning, Associate Director - Pricing and Trade, Demand Planning Manager, Trade Planning Manager, as well as the Trade and Demand Planning Team. Also responsible for other duties as assigned, including generating Trade and Demand Planning reports from various systems, maintaining confidential and/or technical information, and managing/supporting/prioritizing various projects and assignments. Administrative support is done in a dynamic environment with a requirement for accuracy. Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision.

* Coordinates the input of data, consolidation of feedback, regularly generating and updating reports/trackers tied to the Distribution Drive.

* Act as Box power user and resource to assist others with questions as well as coordinates Trade & Demand Planning files and authorizations.

* Show proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word. Proficiency with internet search engines required. Additional training would occur on Sargento specific software, such as SAP, Nielsen/IRI, Account Review, and IBP.

* Assist internal Trade and Demand Planning team members by preparing or completing various projects and reports.

* Track and report against various sales-related expenses that are outside of direct trade in an Excel based ledger.

* Coordinate schedules and make appointments using Microsoft Outlook including arranging meetings and preparing the room. Order and prepare food and beverages when necessary. Assist in the organization and execution of key Trade & Demand Planning team and broader Consumer Products events.

* Set up and coordinate Microsoft Teams sessions and conference calls, help others to follow protocol guidelines, and act as key contact person for inquiries.

* Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations using the SAP Concur system. Create and reconcile expense reports for the teams as requested.

* Attend meetings as needed. Responsibilities can include taking minutes, transcribing, and distributing content to all meeting participants.

* Route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages as required.

* Order and maintain office supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.

* Greet visitors, including customers and consultants, and escort them to meetings and appointments.

* Assist other Administrative Assistants in Sales and Marketing when necessary.

*Your Education and Experience.*

* High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree (A. A.) preferred; Minimum two plus years related experience and/or training in a professional office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
