We are a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Business and Relationship Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving overall growth and profitability for the bank in our Festus market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Work closely with leaders across teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients

- Stay current on market trends, products and services, and emerging risks and opportunities

- Plan, organize and execute sales campaigns, both independently and in collaboration with other teams

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service to retain key clients and expand existing relationships

- Drive and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank

Required Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
(Master's degree, MBA preferred or equivalent experience)

- Minimum ten years prior experience in banking including loan and deposit experience.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and relationship management in banking including loan and retail experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate complex concepts with clients

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Excellent knowledge of financial products and services

- Adaptability and ability to embrace change
