Job Summary
Role of the Admissions & Records Manager is to review and award student degrees in the Ellucian Banner system. The secondary function is to provide leadership to the Admissions and Records team, in conjunction with (and in the absence of) the Director.
Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Prior supervisory skills. Prior experience in Admissions & Records or Student Services at a Higher Ed institution.
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years Experience using Ellucian's Banner System. Proficient in Microsoft Office Product, Automic (process software to run against the Banner System for National Student Clearinghouse reporting), Argos report system to pull data from Banner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Baseline knowledge of policy and procedures for serving students. Pays specific attention to details, interpersonal skills as this position communicates with both students, faculty and staff.
Pay Rate: $45,973 - $57,467. Annual salary depending on eligible experience which is defined by the current compensation plan.
