Complies with applicable safety standards at all times.
Demonstrates flexibility and cooperative attitude when requested to perform additional non-routine duties or functions.
Assist programs and staff in protection, preparation, and storage of sensitive client files for archiving as needed.
Supports any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
Complete Facilities related projects, work, and repairs including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC as needed.
Maintain , monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical facility mechanical, electrical equipment and other installed systems
Facilities Technician's at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
High School diploma or GED required. Specialized and/or licensed level knowledge of facilities systems, preventative maintenance, and high-level facilities projects.
OSHA 10 Certification required.
Advanced knowledge of all facilities related safety standards and regulations (fire, evacuation, equipment handling and failure, etc.
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable vehicle available for all working hours. Vehicle should be registered and inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00.
