Fast growing CPA firm, based in the Bay Area is seeking to add a Corporate Governance role to their team. This is 100% remote (within the U.S.) $45,000 - $50,000


Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• 
  1-2 years of Corporate Governance experienece, (preferrably in a Public Accounting setting) REQUIRED
  


• Prior Para-legal role or Legal assistant, International Tax Support Ideal


• Must be detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• This is 100% remote, within the U.S.


• $45,000 - $50,000 to start!
