Job Description:

Calling all Customer Service Representative's that are eager to work for a high end company!


We have an opening for a customer service specialist or representatives that has great listening skills, able to control the conversation and enter information into the database, have confidence and work well under pressure.


Location: Costa Mesa borderline Santa Ana


Onsite, Monday to Friday 7am-4pm


Duties:


Will need to read from a script, verbatim.


Receive incoming calls from customers


Update customers information into the system


Must be detailed oriented and be able to connect with the customers


Must have a clear and understandable phone voice, be able to type and listen and enter the correct information.


Computer savvy in Word, Excel and data entry background is needed.


Excellent communication skills


Must show great confidence while talking to clients.


Bilingual Spanish is a plus
