Basic Job Functions:



Nucor Steel Memphis, is accepting applications for Roll Mill Manager. The Roll Mill Manger's chief responsibility is to Take Care of our Customers by working as a member of the Nucor Steel Memphis leadership team to continually improve our safety, quality, costs, productivity, and profitability. This individual will be responsible forthe growth and development of a world class Roll Mill team while focusing on Operational and Commercial Excellence initiatives for the Bar Group and across Nucor.


Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.




Minimum Qualifications:



5 years of operations management/supervision experience, preferably in rolling mills.
