Job Title: Psychiatric Registered Nurse
Duties & Responsibilities: Psychiatric Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 3x12 nights, 7p-7a, with weekends and holidays as assigned. Facility is a 72 bed freestanding psych facility with 3-4 units open at any time that treats a combination of adult and adolescent patients. There is no security and codes are responded to by staff. Staff will also handle de-escalations and restraints. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:20. There will sometimes be an LPN or MT to assist, but not always.
Minimum Requirements:
- WI or Compact RN license
- 3+ years psych hospital experience
- BLS
- CPI preferred - if not, will do onsite
