Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Occupational Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, 830a-5p, Monday-Friday.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA OT license


• BLS


• 6+ months Home Health experience required in teh last 3 years
