As a Legal Secretary, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties for attorneys and paralegals in the Legal Department.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to develop and maintain legal or business type filing systems with a demonstrated proficiency in typing business letters, legal papers and correspondence using Word.
  • Preparation of reports using either Word tables or Excel.
  • Assist with basic research in law journals and other legal publications with an understanding of legal terminology and legal document formatting, including spreadsheets and preparation of presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform work on special projects involving research, compiling, and analyzing data, determining approach, and preparing reports.
  • Provide guidance to assistants and managers in the organization regarding administrative practices.
  • May perform a variety of administrative duties such as processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll.

Our Legal Secretary, earn between $ 65,400 - $ 98,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
