Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Business System Analyst - IT Applications to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual contributor who is passionate about supporting application systems and projects.

As a Business System Analyst, you will interact with customer and development resources to translate functional requirements into technology solutions. You will have an advanced understanding of the technology framework supporting the products and will be responsible for evaluating and advising functional and technical resources on decisions for products that support business processes and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate user group meetings
- Manage projects and problem-solving initiatives
- Ensure quality assurance and software version control
- Interface with cross-functional teams where system interface activity may occur
- Execute project deliverables

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related functional business area, or equivalent combination of coursework/job experience
- 3-5 years of system analysis and/or functional area knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and APIs
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

This role will be 100% remote, with potential travel to our client's location in Columbus for key project milestones. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, typically from 9am to 5pm EST. Please note that company equipment will not be provided for this role.
