We are seeking a skilled and motivated Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with identity access management systems, including but not limited to SailPoint, Okta, Privileged Access Management (PAM), SAML, OAuth and ServiceNow. A solid understanding of API integrations is a plus. This role is critical to ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities and access within our organization.



Key Responsibilities:


Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.


Access Management: Oversee and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls to applications and systems, ensuring that users have appropriate access based on their roles.


PAM Integration: Implement and manage Privileged Access Management solutions to protect and control access to sensitive systems and data.


ServiceNow Integration: Configure and integrate IAM processes with ServiceNow to streamline and automate access requests, approvals, and provisioning workflows.


API Development and Integration: Utilize API knowledge to potentially integrate IAM solutions with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.


Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track and report on access and security events, analyzing data to detect potential security incidents or compliance issues.


Troubleshooting: Provide support and resolve issues related to IAM systems, working with internal teams and vendors as needed.


Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and configurations. Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to promote best practices.



Qualifications:


Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management, with practical experience in SailPoint and Privileged Access Management (PAM).


Technical Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint, PAM solutions, and ServiceNow. Proficiency in SAML and OAuth necessary. Strong understanding of API integration and development.


Knowledge: Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and security best practices.


Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and implement effective solutions.


Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.


Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar credentials.



Education:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.


• Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.

Compensation:



Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
