Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production (Maintenance) Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the College Park, GA area.



COMPENSATION: 80k to 95k



MUST HAVE: 5+ years' in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station



MUST HAVE: 2+ years working with



MUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations



RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Reports to the Repair Station Leader and supervise both maintenance and preventive maintenance and or alterations


- Ensure efficient "return to service" turnaround


- Oversee all man-hour scheduling and accounting


- Act on behalf of the Repair Station Leader


- Conceive and run training sessions


- Ensure tooling availability


- Maintain all shop equipment and tools


- Oversee and audit all paperwork processes


- Maintain parts requisition for inventory


- Maintain quality standards



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



- Technician certification preferred (A&P license, or maintenance certification)


- A minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience, ideally gained through increasingly responsible management positions


- Aviation/Aerospace Component Repair Knowledge including CMM, Quality systems and manuals
