Judge Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for an opening with one of our top clients in the Seattle, WA area ASAP!
Position Details:
Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Seattle, WA 98104
Type of engagement: Contract
Hours: 7 am to 6 pm, but willing to consider 8 hour shifts
For 10-hour shifts: M, T, W, F For 8-hour shifts: M-F
Specific Duties:
- Plans and administers treatments prescribed by a physician to patients with physical disabilities resulting from injury, disease or surgery.
- Uses techniques such as heat, electricity, water, massage and exercise.
- Assure proper and adequate documentation of physical therapy services by maintaining effective record-keeping.
- Assure corporate compliance and confidentiality guidelines are followed
- Interact regularly with the referring Providers and their staff.
- Frequent interactions with patients and their families.
- Attend Meetings as necessary
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in physical therapy
- Certification/Licensure: Current Washington State PT license
- Experience in treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems in an outpatient setting.
- Has taken McKenzie Part A training with the McKenzie Institute
