QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Excellence: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field, with 15+ years of impactful design experience.
• Professional Credentials: Possess a Utah P.E. license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months. PE registration in other states is a plus!
• Proven Leadership: Bring 7+ years of project management experience with Utah DOT and/or local counties and municipalities.
• Strong Network: Leverage well-established relationships with clients and colleagues to drive success

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
