Mst pssess 3 yrs of exp in the fllwng: bsnss & gnrl aviatn prdcts; cstmrs sales & spprt; dev of cstmr rltnshps; knwldge for spcfc geogrphc clientele; undrstndng of FAA/DGAC/ Brazilian aircrft regs & crrnt FAA/ DGAC/Brazilian mndtes in rgrds to gnrl aviatn & crprte aircrft in their area of rspnsblty; knwldge & cmptncy in rgrds to theory & oprtn of GPS WAAS Navgtr prdcts; explntn of aeronautcl maps & IFR prcdre docs as prvded in aviatn FMS-Display systms; Theory & oprtn of crrnt ADSB prdcts for gnrl aviatn & crprte aviatn; MS offce prdcts: (Wrd, PP, Exel); Adobe Acrbt; SAP; & use of Salesfrce & cstmr rsrce mngmnt appls.
