BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated "Application Programmer V" for an opportunity in US - Jersey City, NJ 07310
Position Title: Application Programmer V
Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310
Job Posting Expected Start Date: 10/28/2024

Expected Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Job Type: 40 hours work week
Pay Rate: $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr on W2
Job Description
Required Skills and Experience We are Looking For:
1. Significant experience in Microsoft SQL database programming and Reports development (CUBE, SSAS) is a must.
2. Significant development in building and managing graph databases using tools such as neo4j, and tiger graph is a must.
3. Working knowledge of big data technology stacks such as Snowflake, and Hadoop.
4. Proficient in performing high-paced proof of concepts/ proof of value is exploring different migration techniques from standard database tech to advanced software.
5. Ability to work/collaborate with shared teams to build working models and disseminate to wider group of developers for adoption.
6. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in the modernized database environment.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of database changes.
8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in both traditional databases and big data.
