Data and Marketing Analyst Lead at Kforce Inc in Altamonte Springs, Florida

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Data and Marketing Analyst Lead to join their team in Orlando, FL in a hybrid working model. We are looking for someone local that can commit to being onsite 2 days a week.

Summary:
The team will be responsible from building the consumer 360 profile, packaging data, developing cohorts, etc. The team is building an in house-platform to help build on snowflake and bringing that all together on executing a marketing strategy and help providing insights and the work that the team has coming down the pipeline.

Duties:

• Specifically with consumer 360 initiatives - looking at CDP platform to support consumer 360 view and assisting with different work stream activations such as marketing


• A lot of the work that they will be supporting is end to end, once team is built it could grow in a management role, analysts will be reporting to them eventually if they convert to a manager


• Additional analysts supporting this person down the line and supporting this team and implementing CDP soon

REQUIREMENTS:

• Seasoned-C suite level exposure with presentations experience and putting together stories/personas and leading a team 5-7 years of experience


• Management or lead experience, from a technology perspective: not necessarily hands-on, but more working with teams w that knowledge and interpret that data; At the very least SQL experience; Able to pull data and help tell that story


• Integrations with platforms - Alteryx, snowflake - marketing, and salesforce experience; Activation and marketing and digital marketing to help drive those initiatives


• Pure data engineering - no, but someone who can help create stories around some of the products and things we are supporting, how to pull data and package it to create a story


• Get as much as we can on personas on consumers, how much they want to stay with us, and building models there to package this up and assist with activation plans in marketing and experience with workstreams


• SF is a plus, analytics dev lifecycle needed


• AI experience and forward thinking is a plus


• Medallia experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
