RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect in McLean, VA.

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to help support Treasury's CARES (pandemic-relief), CRM, and other custom Salesforce apps teams. The resource will work alongside a small team of existing architects to examine and monitor current platform architecture, as well as propose and advise on future state platform optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience successfully solutioning, designing, and implementing end-to-end enterprise application solutions


• Experience analyzing requirements, developing a proposed solution approach, and effectively communicating to client the technical and business trade-offs between solutions to ensure stable implementations


• Experience reviewing full current state architecture solutions, analyzing platform readiness for new initiatives, and providing overall platform improvement recommendations; Included but not limited to guidelines, industry best practices, documentation, cybersecurity requirements, and architectural diagrams


• Experience working with and helping lead/direct a team of architects on large scale projects, ideally with thousands of end users


• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Application Solutions


• Experience with Salesforce Platform Management


• Experience partnering with Salesforce account manager/representatives to support licensing advisement and subscription management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
