RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client in Seattle, WA that is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager.

Summary:
As a Technical Program Product Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects with the opportunity to shape, define & deliver new methods of delivering technology solutions at scale. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Data Centers. You will manage our cross-functional projects, working with all organizational levels and groups including network operations, network engineering, infrastructure engineering & internal project management teams, as well as external vendors.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously on a global scale


• Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management daily


• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles


• Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs


• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Program Management - Managing Data Center Infrastructure & Network Programs


• Must have a proven track record of successful project management & show the ability to deliver effectively with compressed timelines while dealing with ambiguity


• Must possess a working knowledge of networking and data center technologies


• Must have excellent Program Management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be responsible to communicating with a variety of teams and partners as well as senior leadership


• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and remove blockers while applying critical thinking to develop paths to success

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
