RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking a Senior Content Design Professional to lead a critical client project focused on transforming the customer experience in the retail space. This role is pivotal in advancing our client's digital transformation efforts, aiming to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for their customers. The Senior Content Designer will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that enhance interaction and satisfaction within the retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead content design initiatives focused on improving customer experience in retail stores


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies


• Utilize strong UX design thinking to create intuitive and user-friendly digital platforms


• Craft compelling stories that resonate and drive engagement


• Work extensively with design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability


• Primarily use Figma for design tasks and prototyping


• Present ideas and strategies to senior executives, demonstrating strong communication and executive presence

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in content design or a related UX role is required


• Proficiency in Figma is essential; While coding knowledge is not required, candidates should have strong technical knowledge in UX, including wireframing and design thinking


• Background: A robust background in content design is crucial. Familiarity with web, mobile, and digital platforms is also desirable


• Attributes: The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who is self-motivated and proactive

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
