Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team in Commerce, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Compensation Analyst will develop and implement compensation programs to align with company goals


• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices


• Collaborate with HR and management on compensation strategies


• Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems


• Prepare detailed compensation reports for stakeholders


• The Compensation Analyst will ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations


• Support project management initiatives related to compensation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required; CCP certification preferred


• 3 to 6 years of compensation experience required


• Healthcare experience


• Spanish preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
