Senior IT Internal Auditor at Kforce Inc in Fort Worth, Texas

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is looking for a Senior IT Internal Auditor on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

• Helping to establish audit objectives and plan the scope of IT audits


• Conducting IT risk analysis and determining necessary audit procedures


• Preparing and reviewing detailed work papers to support conclusions


• Drafting formal written reports and delivering oral presentations to communicate audit findings and recommendations


• Evaluating management's proposed or implemented corrective actions in response to audit recommendations


• Reporting significant issues to the Internal Audit VP during internal audit activities


• Assisting external auditors with their audits and reviews


• Supporting the Internal Audit VP in assessing the overall effectiveness of the company's IT control processes and communicating findings to senior management


• Planning and conducting operational and compliance audits with IT implications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of IT Audit Experience


• Public Accounting experience required


• Excellent communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
