Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Estate Planning Legal Assistant to join a growing estate planning firm in the Chicago suburbs!



Key Responsibilities:

• Format and draft legal documents, including powers of attorney


• Provide administrative support to attorneys in estate planning and estate administration matters


• Handle sophisticated, high-net-worth estate planning files


• Manage deadlines and assist in a fast-paced office environment


• Utilize software such as Word, Word Perfect, Excel (experience with WealthCounsel, Time Matters, and Juris is a plus)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant (estate planning experience preferred)


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and document formatting


• A positive, professional attitude and comfort interacting with clients
