Job Description:

Looking for an inventory procurement, fulfillment, and tracking specialist!



Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire, assemble, and implement new and refurbished access control hardware and software packages, including handling shipping logistics.


• Oversee quality control for inventory.


• Test equipment before shipment and upon return, including performing troubleshooting as needed.


• Maintain detailed checklists of in-inventory hardware and software.


• Manage inventory oversight, control, and forecasting.


• Conduct inventory audits.


• Foster and maintain relationships with key vendors.


• Coordinate and track equipment shipping schedules.


• Collaborate with and support staff as needed.
