Job Description:

Location: Philadelphia, PA - 4 days/week on site


Salary: 75-85K - excellent benefits



Job Summary: The Application Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing software applications to ensure they meet the needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve application-related issues, implement updates, and optimize application performance.



Qualifications:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (


• 
  Experience: 5+ years of experience in application support


• 
  Technical Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency with SQL and configuration management
  
  
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and troubleshooting tools.
