Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Set up and tear down work centers in a timely and organized manner
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform simple maintenance
- Train operators on set-up processes
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products
- Adhere strictly to GMP, ISO 13485 guidelines, and company SOPs
- Follow proper GDP practices
- Efficiently operate machinery and perform line opening/line closing functions
- Complete production paperwork responsibilities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing
- Ability to follow policies and procedures, meet project timelines, and work independently
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and planning skills
- Excellent teamwork and influencing abilities
- Self-motivated with a bias for action
- Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
