Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Fixed Income Business Analyst Financial Services. As a Lead consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations Primarily responsible for the configuration of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Franklin, TN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

  • Experience as an IT BA - working in the Fixed Income domain.


Preferred Experiences:

  • Atleast 8 years of experience as an IT BA - working in the Fixed Income domain.

  • Knowledge of PL/SQL for data analysis, knowledge of data warehouse technologies to store fixed income data.

  • Utilize Bloomberg's Fixed Income platform (including Bloomberg Anywhere) for market analysis, securities pricing, yield curves, and executing trades.

  • Operate and analyze data from other FI platforms (e.g., Tradeweb, MarketAxess, or Refinitiv) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and accurate trade execution.

  • Support the applications and data flows involved in fixed income trade flows.

  • Support execution of trades in fixed income securities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and market regulations.

  • Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Perform complex programming functions, assistance, and technical advice including design architecture, configuration, writing, testing, and documentation to complex programming of client systems as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of common software development practices.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
