Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform certain day-to-day accounting functions as assigned including Accounts receivable, General ledger, Fixed assets


• Prepare bank account reconciliations between the general ledger and the cash management module.


• Reconciles the prepaid assets monthly and records the appropriate journal entry.


• Compile monthly invoicing for government contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.


• Minimum 2 years of accounting work experience. Will consider recent college graduate in lieu of experience.


• Prefer experience with Great Plains, SalesForce, Excel Pivot tables, and Adaptive Insights.
