Job Description:

Adams & Martin is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a growing law firm in Downtown MInneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model. Your respnosibilities will includeJ:


  • Assist attorneys by providing administrative and paralegal support, including drafting and organizing litigation documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

  • Manage communication between clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.

  • Coordinate meetings, depositions, court appearances, and deadlines related to litigation cases.

  • Assist in the preparation and management of discovery materials, including working with eDiscovery vendors.

  • File documents electronically in state and federal courts, as well as with administrative agencies, ensuring adherence to court procedures.

  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct UCC searches and assist with filing documents with the Secretaries of State.

  • Process attorney reimbursements and client invoices related to litigation services.

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, answering phones, and handling document processing.


Position Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

  • Experience in civil litigation is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in grammar and proofreading.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research databases, and litigation management software.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Interest in litigation and knowledge of court procedures and legal processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.
