Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to provide management to the LP Delivery Drivers and provide guidance as needed to the direct reports. This position will provide effective budgeting and planning for the facilities and be available to assist direct reports with sales, delivers, conflicts as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage facility operations and efficiency
Provide budget and planning for facility, keeping up-to date information on the facility's needs
Communicate with direct reports and customers, as needed
Preform conflict management as needed
Manage direct reports that are not in the same proximity
Meet with direct reports when possible
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues from direct reports
Ability to execute effective communication in many different formats including email, phone and face-to-face communication
Great time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel within the trade territory often
