What you'll do:

• In addition to running production, assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest line improvements and upgrades


• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems


• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010


• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity


• Become qualified to perform other job duties on the production line

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2-year Trade School preferred


• 5+ years of mechanical manufacturing experience preferred


• Mechanical inclination and proficiency (experience working with machinery, cars, farm equipment, etc.)


• Willing to work weekends and holidays
