The Army Medical Integrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide comprehensive support for Army Medical Planning and Services as part of large-scale readiness training exercise. The position involves maintaining the medical portion of the overall exercise execution matrix (EXMAT) and ensuring the fulfillment of training requirements for rotational training units. The SME will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of medical training scenarios, participating in Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events, and providing technical expertise in medical operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update the Medical EXMAT in coordination with the Medical Planning Lead.
Participate in all relevant JELC events, ensuring synchronization of medical and sustainment training.
Provide support during foundation weeks and other critical planning phases.
Facilitate and deliver medical training requests, guidance, and scenario development during exercise execution.
Utilize mission command and communications systems to manage medical training overlays.
Serve as a technical expert in medical treatment, evacuation, and logistics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Army Health System planning.
Qualified Medical Officer with expertise in medical service plans, operations, intelligence, strategy, and training.
Proficient in medical treatment, evacuation, logistics, and the 10 medical functions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with Army Medical Doctrine and sustainment operations.
Experience in joint, multinational, decisive action environments.
Previous participation in large-scale military exercises or training events.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel as required to various locations within the 54 states and territories and District of Columbia.
