We are currently looking to expand our team with a Director of Staff Development nurse manager! The Staff Development Nurse will primarily focus on orientation, provide ongoing education with clinical staff, and serve as an example of excellence for all staff.

We offer the following to our Director of Staff Development:

• $70,000 /year


• Schedule: 40 hour work week, flexible scheduling to meet the educational goals of the staff and facility

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university


• ACTIVE, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina (Required) or license in any other compact state


• Experience in a fast-paced, high admissions healthcare facility is preferred


• PointClickCare Experience Required


• At least 5 years of experience working in a long-term care facility/SNF
