Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a growing law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model. Your responsibilities will include:



Responsibilities:



  • Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing litigation documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

  • Manage communication among clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other relevant parties involved in litigation matters.

  • Coordinate meetings, depositions, court appearances, and deadlines related to litigation cases.

  • Conduct legal research and compile information on relevant case law, statutes, and legal precedents.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.

  • Support the preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related materials.

  • Process attorney reimbursements and client invoices related to litigation services.

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling document processing.


Position Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal.

  • Experience in complex litigation.

  • Prior expereince with Relativity strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in grammar and proofreading.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research databases, and litigation management software.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in litigation and knowledge of court procedures and legal processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.
