Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate continuing education initiatives for a nonprofit organization. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will also be tracking progress, mitigating risks, and reporting on outcomes to leadership. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in education or nonprofit settings preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute continuing education projects
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including educators, partners, and donors
Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Report project status and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ensure projects align with organizational goals and funding requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, ideally within the education or nonprofit sectors
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in budget management and resource allocation
PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred)
