Job Duties:



  • Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier’s checks.

  • Provide efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

  • Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.

  • Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures

  • Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned

  • Connecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs.

  • Engaging customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self-service technologies.

  • Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.


 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work location hours, including some weekends and evenings.


Education, Experience & Licenses:



  • High school diploma (or equivalent).

  • Preferred- Associate’s degree or higher.

  • Minimum 6 months banking or cash handling experience.

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience.

Experience
