The Opportunity

Are you an experienced administrative professional with a proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy providing high-level support while contributing to operations, marketing, and customer service? If so, we're looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, responding to emails and organizing priorities.

Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and live chat, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.

Communication: Manage internal and external communications, including emails, live chat, student inquiries, and partner outreach.

Marketing Assistance: Support marketing & lead generation tasks such as managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and coordinating marketing content.

Project Coordination: Track and assist in the coordination of special projects, including accreditation, student records, and partnership agreements.

Clerical Tasks: General administrative support including research, compiling reports, and assisting with light bookkeeping and expense tracking.

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.

- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and task management tools.

- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Customer-focused mindset and ability to go the extra mile.

Work Hours and Compensation

- Full-time: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM with occasional on-call availability.

- Base salary: $60-65k, depending on experience, with multiple pay increases and promotional opportunities in the first year.
