Customer Service Representative

This company supports services like e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution, with transportation management. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure they are meeting commitments and providing excellent customer service.

Opportunity: Contract (16 weeks)

Compensation: $19/hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10am-6:30pm

Location: Benicia, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes.
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferably within a call center environment
