Coordinate daily operations for nuclear and government construction projects, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
Managed logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple high-security sites.
Maintained rigorous adherence to nuclear and government construction standards while upholding the highest safety measures.
Partnered with engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to meet project milestones within budget and on schedule.
Developed and executed operational policies to enhance efficiency and optimize project workflows.
Ensured precise maintenance of regulatory, safety, and compliance documentation for audits and government oversight.
The wish list:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
7-12 years of experience managing government/nuclear construction projects or related industries.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities with proven success in managing complex, large-scale projects.
Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams effectively.
