A day in the life:
As a Strategic Engagement Project Manager at SALT, your typical day is dynamic and collaborative, engaging with clients and internal teams to move strategic projects forward. You'll start your morning by preparing for a hybrid meeting, ensuring all participants-whether in person or online-are ready and equipped for a productive session. You'll work with your team to facilitate discussions, guide stakeholders through planning sessions or retreats, and actively manage the flow of the conversation to ensure all voices are heard. Between meetings, you'll work on drafting proposals/developing scopes of work, preparing documents, and managing client communication to keep everyone aligned.
Throughout the day, you'll juggle multiple projects, checking in with your project teams, adjusting timelines, and working collaboratively on document/deliverable preparation. As the primary point of contact, you'll ensure projects stay within budget and deadlines, managing tasks like scheduling and logistics. By the end of the day, you may be reviewing deliverables or planning a project close-out, ensuring all final details are in place for a seamless client experience. This role keeps you on your toes, requiring excellent communication, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll collaborate with diverse teams and clients, and each day will bring unique challenges and rewarding outcomes.

Compensation package starting at $79,000 DOE
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
One year of project management-relevant experience with a degree and/orcertification, or 3+ years of project management-relevant experience without a degree.
Professional Licensing/Accreditation: encouraged, relevant to role/duties, such as ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) or other project management certification.
