About the job

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the changes/updates in projects. They act as the point of contact between PAs/PCs and SPMs/project developers. PMs are responsible for keeping the project on track and make decisions to ensure project success such as hiring resources and setting process steps. Experience in management required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Onsite management of each assigned resource
  • Serve as the primary contact for resource
  • Onsite response to and addressing any human resources issues or scheduling issues that any resource may raise relating to his/her assignment, including but not limited to vacation and time-off coordination
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to client and Centific management
  • Liaise closely with client's representative on any corrective actions arising from the process and progress. Any subsequent action needed will be discussed and agreed between the client and Centific management
  • Coordinate training of resources
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and attendance records
  • Must be onsite at client location during defined work hours
  • Serve as the primary escort for Centific resources while on client's site
  • Distribute badges and print temporary badges when necessary
  • Provide resources access into approved areas when they arrive onsite

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in QA or Linguistic Tester.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Reviewing, verifying, editing, scoring, translating, and reporting on copy across a broad scope of media and content types.
  • Strong experience with using Mac OS/iOS.
  • Tech savvy. Perform full Quality Assurance (QA) on the different platforms, and testing environments (including Production), as required by each Project.
  • Report and file bugs. Problem solve, provide clear suggestion/feedback, and effectively communicate critical information and describe issues.
  • Provide feedback on Style Guides, and Terminology Databases on all matters related to the project requirements.
  • Assist with adhoc projects.
  • Contribute innovative ideas regarding process, workflow and automation to maximize efficiency and scalability.
