Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory precision through regular cycle counts and investigation of discrepancies between physical inventory and system records to ensure accuracy.
Update customers by keeping them informed about delivery commitments and order status, providing timely and precise updates on delivery schedules.
Coordinate production by facilitating on-time delivery for internal production and working with production teams to prioritize and expedite essential parts.
Manage suppliers by overseeing relationships to ensure timely material delivery, addressing issues, and working on improving delivery performance.
Schedule materials and participate in SIOP meetings by creating and adjusting material schedules to meet production needs and offering insights to align production with business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
