Akkodis is seeking a Release Manager for a Contract job with a client in Addison, TX/Chandler, AZ/Kennesaw, GA - Hybrid (3 days onsite in a Week). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.
Pay: $60-65/hour - All Inclusive; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) and be part of a dynamic and fun team with amazing leadership. EPT is a global payments team which provides a wide range of financial platforms and services. This position is for Digital Transfers Technology Team for supporting core payment business technology functions for Zelle, ACH, Wires and Transfers. This team is responsible for delivery and execution of IT Projects and end-to-end project executions.
This Release Manager will manage multiple projects or a single major project and partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to obtain required evidence. The person will manage timelines and communicate project status. This person will manage various governance checklists prior to project releases.
Required Skills: • Primary Skill - Release Manager; 5-7 years of experience • Seasoned Project / Release Manager who can support the projects E2E release • Experience in understanding the Project Deliverables needed for the release • Successfully Drive release sessions, document the release artifacts, communicate with key stakeholders • Experience in reviewing the CRQ/Remedy tickets • Experience leading technology projects releases • Complete governance activities for complex Payment's suite of projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables/ Epics • Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization • Highly organized with critical thinking abilities • Experience delivering large projects Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. • Strong documentation and communication skills • Ability to work independently • Technical acumen • Attention to detail • Facilitation and collaboration skills • JIRA knowledge • E2E requirements Traceability • Self-Starter
Desired Skills • Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space Familiarity with project life cycle • Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
